Well, first you gotta find a cat who's willing... ;-{)
Whomever perpetrated this obscenity should be shot. (and how the hell do you get a cat to stay still long enough to do THAT??)
I'm sure the paint's not THAT toxic and the sedatives would wear off quickly - cat looks trim, good metabolism. ;-)Frankly, I was *hoping* it was photoshop.
