Gosh, I hope I can stay awake! George Straight, Rascal Flatts....Josh Turner (oh, yeah, I'd go with you....), Martina McBride singing "Anyway"... Taylor Swift .... and I'm so happy that Reba mentioned all the men & women in the armed forces .... Vince Gill, Brooks & Dunn... Faith Hill and of course Tim McGraw ...

Fireplace, milk and cookies is all i can relate to. My dad used to make us listen to country music when we'd fight in the car...

My Uncles would take out their guitars and their friends and we'd all gather 'round and they'd play and sing....a lot of Johnny Cash. Patsy Cline. Laughter & high spirits.
My Dad turns 70 this year and I guess my ultimate fear of how quickly time flies has me reinforcing steel belted feelings of him today. I know that sounds morbid, but I'm the biggest baby there is and I love my daddy as much and maybe more than he loves me.
